In this post just nak review about this resort
before book resort ni actually dah search review2 di blog & juga FB
review di blog kebanyakannya few years ago..xde yg baru
kat FB ada yg baru & most of the review not very encouraging..especially tentang keadaan bilik di resort ni
tp disebabkan location yg strategik & dpt book dgn harga yg agak murah (dpt diskaun dr traveloka)..so gamble jgk book this resort :)

check in 3pm
kami sampai almost 3pm & masa ni xramai org..so check in process smooth..sekejap je dh dpt kunci
parking free & agak banyak
resort ni cuma 3 tingkat..lif dia amat comel & nmpk mcm style oldskool
masa kami on the way ke bilik, sepanjang koridor cadar2 towel2 kotor berlonggok ditepi2 pintu bilik..pernah u all tgk keadaan ni di tpt lain? nmpknya resort ni xmementingkan reputation..selamba bg guest tgk keadaan ni..dan koridor mcm xde aircond or..mmg xde aircond..panas




katil ok..kemas
tilam & bantal lembut
tiada bau yg tidak menyenangkan bila masuk bilik
side table tu bhgn laci dh rosak..diorg buat apa tau? diorg pakukan papan kat lubang laci tu..

coffee/tea making facilities & mini fridge disediakan
berfungsi dgn baik


almari..pintu rosak
as usual dlm ada hanger
 

TV dia cute
gambar blh tgk tp xbrp cantik
remote berfungsi tp cover belakang dah tak ada
belah kiri ada tpt ltk brg2 & meja solek


lubang aircond..oldskool kan
kalo tgk tu mcm xdibersihkan je

aircond controller
agak lambat jgk nak sejuk tp sbb kami stay 2 hari..lps2 tu terasa jgk kesejukannya

sarung kusyen & day curtain comot

ada balkoni tp tak dibersihkan

by the room name, superior country understood xde view
so from balkoni nmpk ni..xpasti ni apa tp bunyinye bising

buku yg mengandungi info2..hazab kan keadaannya..mcm dh 20 thn xtukar
pudar..dgn bekas kena air lg

yg ni melampau faulty nya..selamba je resort ni bg guest duk bilik dgn dinding terkopek2 mcm ni

pintu bilik air dah usang
ada sabun kecik 2 bijik 
paip tu blh pusing kiri/kanan (panas/sejuk) tp cuma 1 hala yg berfungsi, hala sejuk

ada bathtub & toilet
air kat tank toilet kecik ya amat menyukarkan utk flush..tp hubby godek2 berjaya bsrkan sikit aliran air tu

nmpk sgt cuci ala kadar kan..stain pun xhilang
kepala paip belah kiri tak berfungsi
paip bathtub tu pun kejap kuar air kejap tak
pressure air kat sini mmg bermasalah
shower curtain comot

dispenser syampu & conditioner..kosong takde isi
for show only

water heater..bunyi dia kuat gile..bunyi water pump kot

ada tpt utk shaver..tp shaver tak disediakan
pengering rambut ada..dlm laci meja solek

guest services & concierge - masa kami sampai cuma ada staff front desk saje


understand that this resort managed by anak syarikat felda or something like that
dan govt staff selalu ada kursus/event di sini
masa kami di sini pun ada org besar2 yg dtg..but how come the rooms poorly maintained?

last day kami di sini ada leaking kat syiling..air menitik kat atas meja solek
masa check out, informed kat staff ttg leaking ni tp staff mcm acuh x acuh je..expressionnya mcm 'that happen all the time'..camtu

overall,

THE ROOM NEED MAJOR FIXING & RENOVATION

MANAGEMENT PATUT LEBIH AMBIL BERAT TENTANG KEBERSIHAN & PASTIKAN HOUSEKEEPING DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY

GUEST SHOULD NOT SEE ALL THOSE DIRTY TOWELS & BEDSHEET ALONG THE CORRIDOR

the room are poor but kids enjoy the pool & the beach
